Lieschen is a motivating instructor who has the gift of perfectly timing the cues when completing an excercise and is able to correct my body when needed. She is very thorough and designs her classes to flow through working all different muscles. I look forward to her class each week!

I have loved every minute of the Mat Classes at Pilates Unleashed. Lieschen is great at identifying small body corrections along the way so I feel like I’m getting a tailored experience. Lieschen makes it so easy to understand each movement, what is required and why it’s important. I get a full body workout and have already seen vast improvements in my core strength.
