Purchase Policy

Thank you for choosing Pilates Unleashed! We want to ensure that all of our clients have a smooth and enjoyable experience while participating in our classes. Please take a moment to review our purchase policies, which apply to drop-in classes, multiple class packs, and membership subscription models.

1. Drop-In Classes

  • Payment: Drop-in classes are paid for individually at the time of booking.
  • Class Availability: Drop-in spots are subject to availability. Pre-booking is essential to secure a spot.
  • No Refunds: All drop-in class payments are final and non-refundable.
  • Expiration: Drop-in classes are a one time use only and cannot be transferred to future bookings.

2. Multiple Class Packs

  • Purchase and Use: The Multiple Class Packs allows you to attend any of our group Pilates classes (Reformer, Mat Pilates, Stretch, Aerial Pilates/Aerial Hammock) over a period of time.
  • Expiration:
    • A 3-class pack is valid for 1 month from the date of the first class
    • A 5-class pack is valid for 2 months from the date of the first class
    • A 10-class pack is valid for 3 months from the date of the first class
    • A 20-class pack is valid for 6 months from the date of the first class
    • A 50-class pack is valid for 12 months from the date of the first class
    • Any unused classes after this period will be forfeited.
  • Non-Transferable: Multiple Class Packs are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who purchased them.
  • No Refunds: The Multiple Class Packs are non-refundable, except as required by law.
  • Missed Classes: If you miss a class, it will still count as one of the sessions in your pack. We encourage you to cancel at least 4 hours in advance to avoid the session being counted.

3. Membership Subscription

  • Contract term: The Unleashed Membership is an auto renewing monthly contract. 
  • Subscription Billing: Our membership subscription model provides access to 4 classes per week and is billed automatically each week from the date of your first payment.
  • Payment Method: Membership payments are processed via the payment method you provided at the time of sign-up. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is up-to-date.
  • No Refunds: membership payments are non-refundable once processed.
  • Membership Benefits: The membership provides access to 4 classes per week for our group Pilates classes, including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Stretch Classes, Aerial Pilates, and Aerial Hammock, during the active membership period.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing notice via email or by calling our studio. Cancellations must be made at least 1 week before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.
  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you do not attend a class or fail to cancel in time, it will count as a missed session, but no additional charges will be applied to your membership. However, continued and/or repeat No-Shows may result in an additional cancellation fee being issued.
  • Pausing Your Membership:
    • Eligibility: Membership pauses are available if you need to take a break due to medical reasons, travel, or personal circumstances.
    • Notice Period: Requests for membership pauses must be submitted at least 1 week before your next billing cycle.
    • Pause Duration: Membership pauses can be made for a minimum of 1 week and up to a maximum of 6 weeks over a 12 month period.
    • Pause Fee: If applicable, a small administrative fee may apply during the pause period. Paused memberships will not be charged during the pause, and any remaining classes or sessions will resume once the membership is reactivated.
    • Reactivation: After the pause period ends, your membership will automatically reactivate, and billing will resume.
  • Missed Classes: As part of the subscription, missed classes are not carried over to the next billing cycle, and cannot be refunded or transferred.

4. Non-Transferability

  • Multiple Class Packs and Memberships: Both multiple class packs and membership subscriptions are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who purchased them. They cannot be shared with friends, family, or transferred to another person.
  • Name Changes: Class packs, memberships, or any purchased services cannot be transferred to another person or changed to a different name under any circumstances.

5. Other Terms and Conditions

  • Booking and Cancellations: For all class types, including drop-ins and membership holders, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid the session being counted as used.
  • Class Availability: Classes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or modify classes due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a class cancellation, we will notify you, and you may reschedule.
  • Studio Schedule Changes: We reserve the right to modify the class schedule, including instructors, times, and formats, at our discretion.
  • Payment Information: You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date to ensure that payments for memberships or packs are processed smoothly.
